Frequently asked questions

What is Luxury Asset Lenders?
A marketing platform. It connects people who own high-value watches, jewelry, fine art, gold and collector vehicles with licensed lenders who make collateral-backed loans against them. It is not itself a lender.
Who actually makes the loan?
The originating licensed lender partner, at appraisal. Most loans are originated in California by licensed pawnbroker partners under California law. Offers, terms, rates and the final lending decision belong to that lender, not to this site.
Are the figures on this site loan offers?
No. Anything shown here is general guidance. A real offer is made only after your asset has been appraised in person.
Does the platform get paid for referrals?
It may earn referral compensation from lender partners. That disclosure is repeated in the footer of every page and on the disclosures page.
Which assets can be financed?
Luxury watches, fine jewelry, fine art, gold and collector vehicles.
I am not in California. Can I still use this?
Yes, the network serves borrowers in all 50 states, but appraisal is in person with the lender. If you are near one of the markets we have pages for, start with your city: Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Boston, Phoenix or San Francisco.
What should I have ready before I get in touch?
Clear photos, the make, model or reference, serial number, any papers or certificates, and proof that you own the asset. The more complete the description, the closer the first indication will be to the final appraisal.
Where do I read the terms and privacy practices?
The disclosures, privacy policy and cookie policy are linked from every page. Visitors can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information from the privacy policy.
How do I contact the team?
Use the contact page or email the address shown there.
